Orchestras and venues will have to make arrangements for a/v services if not provided in-house. • The orchestra or venue typically handles customary concert production, including the printing of tickets and programs, publicity, insurance, and production staff. • The orchestra may include the concert as part of its family, educational, or seasonal programming, or may add it as a special event • A venue associated with an orchestra may take an active roll in program implementation. • Participants should become familiar with individualized program website that includes a shared calendar and communication tools for facilitating logistics. |
