RIME will provide training in order to help:

•    Familiarize participants with the program and program resources;

•    Help establish institutional partnerships as needed;

•    Train orchestra musicians to fulfill the roll of music collaborators;

•    Train music teachers to implement the curriculum as well as accommodate preexisting plans;

•    Help the orchestra and school implement the program with fidelity and quality.
